Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Associate in Victor, NY 14564. This full-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and provides overnight shifts with a focus on greeting members, handling inquiries, and processing payments.

You will maintain a clean facility, assist members with questions, and promote fitness benefits and promotions. The position emphasizes friendly, energetic service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Six months face-to-face customer service experience in a retail environment or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and farewell members in a friendly, confident manner.
• Anticipate member needs and acknowledge all members.
• Provide telephone service that is prompt, knowledgeable and accurate.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong communication and problem-solving.
• Maintain club cleanliness during up to 50% of the shift.
• Deliver fast, accurate customer service in a retail setting.
• Accept payments, give change and receipts.
