Job summary

Planned Companies’ Concierge team in Alexandria, VA is seeking motivated Front Desk Associates and Doormen to welcome tenants, guests and vendors with warmth and professionalism. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and coordinating related services within the building.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, arranging reservations, organizing on-site events, and guiding guests to local attractions while maintaining security protocols.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Warm, welcoming demeanor for visitors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, and able to multitask with good time management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized experiences, including scheduling reservations and planning events.
• Provide direction to local entertainment, dining, retail, sports and attractions; refer and assist as needed.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services at designated areas.
• Answer phones, monitor lobby, and manage keys and access cards.
