Qualifications

• Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English effectively.
• Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at check-in and check-out.
• Handle daily front desk tasks and reconcile transactions.
• Assist with night audit and daily reports.
