Paragon Hotel Company is seeking a part-time Guest Night Auditor to join our front desk team in Georgia. The role focuses on delivering courteous guest service, handling night operations, and supporting revenue initiatives while acting as Manager on Duty during late hours.

Qualifications include 1+ year hotel experience, a high school diploma (associate/bachelor’s preferred), and solid cash handling skills. Duties include PMS usage, balance checks, and guest issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in accounting is preferred
• Professionalism, honesty and trustworthiness required
• Excellent attendance and punctuality expected

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, maintain privacy, accommodate requests
• Promote and sell hotel services and amenities
• Encourage repeat business by taking future reservations and offering recommendations
• Inform housekeeping and other departments of special requests and late check-outs
• Learn and utilize the PMS system where applicable
• Ensure cash, checks, and other payments balance at shift end
• Adhere to cash handling policies and deposit logs
• Assist in other areas as needed to support guest satisfaction
