Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience in accounting is preferred
• Must display professionalism and have honesty and trustworthiness
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, provide room assignments and accommodate special requests
• Promote and sell hotel services/amenities
• Promote repeat business with future reservations and recommendations
• Maintain guest privacy and report special requests to appropriate staff
• Balance cash, checks, and miscellaneous departments at shift end
• Learn and utilize the PMS system to post charges and collect payments
• Ensure a clean and professional lobby and guest areas
• Maintain safety procedures and report hazards immediately
• Support other departments as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain cooperative relationships with colleagues to foster a positive work environment
