Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest service at a hotel front desk.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and balance cash drawer.
• Ability to register guests, process payments and reservations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all nightly audit-related duties and prepare night audit reports.
• Greet guests, check-in/check-out, and answer questions during night shift.
• Maintain room status inventory and communicate shift information to management.
• Keep lobby areas clean and safe, and support other hotel departments as needed.
