Responsibilities

• The Front Office Night Auditor closes out the daily shift and completes necessary documentation.
• Greet guests warmly and check them in/out using the PMS system.
• Handle guest questions about services, local information, or times of operation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve issues in guest rooms.
• Balance cash, cards, and the cash drawer following brand and hotel procedures.
