Job summary

Marriott Albuquerque is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure guest satisfaction through courteous service, accurate front desk operations, and timely financial reporting.

As night/audit, you will check guests in/out, handle payments, address guest inquiries, and escalate issues as needed while upholding property standards and safety.

Flexible weekend/holiday availability and ability to stand for long periods are required; prior front desk experience is preferred but training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Front Desk experience preferred, but will train.
• Highly motivated and self-directed.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work holidays and weekends based on the demands of the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Check guests into and out of the hotel in an accurate, speedy, and courteous manner.
• Handle payments received.
• Resolve escalated guest relations issues when needed.
• Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services.
• Respond to and follow up on all guest requests to ensure guests are satisfied with the hotel's services and accommodations.
• Positively represent and promote the property.
• Properly compile, complete, and distribute reports to management and team as directed.
• Report any maintenance security or safety issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
