Job summary

Sunriver Resort in Oregon is seeking a Night Auditor to manage nightly operations at the Front Desk, assist with cashier and accounting functions, and handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.

You will maintain AAA Four Diamond standards and provide exceptional guest service while coordinating with other departments to resolve issues and ensure accurate end-of-day reporting.

Qualifications

• Requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Register guests in the computer system and verify registration and payment details.
• Post guest charges to folios and ledgers accurately.
• Review room revenue reports for accuracy and balance ledgers.
• Balance daily reports and handle nightly cash and credit card postings.
• Provide information and assist guests with needs during night shift.
• Maintain knowledge of resort amenities and up-sell services to guests.
