Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
• Ability to work independently and provide professional service.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions for outlets and balance daily revenue.
• Handle phone system, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Check-in and check-out guests.
• Verify room availability and related transactions.
• Maintain lobby and assist with breakfast setup as needed.
• Monitor safety and night procedures during the night shift.
