Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience handling cash and basic math operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review guaranteed arrivals and verify credit cards.
• Greet guests and assist with check-in, promotion items, and inquiries.
• Respond promptly to guest questions or complaints and offer alternatives.
• Cover front desk as needed and maintain orderly front desk areas.
• Document accidents and maintain maintenance logs.
