Pyramid Global Hospitality in New Orleans is seeking a Night Auditor to join the Front Desk team for the overnight shift (11pm–7am). You will check guests in, provide local information, handle requests, and maintain accurate cash handling and reports.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received and requests are noted.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local area.
• Resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when things aren’t right.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel staff professionally and assist other departments.
• Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank and generate daily/weekly reports.
• Follow posted procedures for posting, charges, refunds, and safe deposits.
