Qualifications

• Six months related experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Balance day shift accounts.
• Welcome guests and assign rooms.
• Manage front desk, check-ins and check-outs.
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify IDs.
• Register guests with contact details and stay dates.
• Schedule wake‑up calls and fulfill guest requests.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly.
• Prepare invoices for vendors and staff.
• Maintain end‑of‑day records and postings.
• Assist with group reservations and special requests.
