The successful candidate will greet guests, manage bookings, handle calls, and address concerns with confidentiality and efficiency, contributing to a welcoming, well-run operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle guest interactions with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors with a professional, friendly demeanor and assist with registration, room assignments, and payments.
• Answer calls promptly and route messages to the appropriate departments.
• Provide accurate information about services, amenities, and local attractions to guests.
• Handle guest complaints with empathy and confidentiality, escalating as needed.
• Manage bookings, reservations, and occasional cancellations using company software and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and branding at the registration and affiliate desks; collaborate with other departments.
