Job summary

UFC GYM Woodbridge is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to deliver the Ultimate Service Promise by greeting members, processing enrollments, handling guest passes, and keeping the lobby and front desk organized.

The role requires a friendly, energetic personality, strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced gym, and willingness to work an overnight shift from 10pm to 6am, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be energetic with a friendly, outgoing personality and positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
• Strong customer service focus, diplomacy and professionalism.
• Understands and follows oral and written instructions.
• Able to multi-task and perform tasks with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with membership sales, enrollments, guest pass processing, and late dues collection.
• Greet guests and members warmly and provide prompt assistance.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure proper member check-in procedures.
• Escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain the Maintenance Log, fitness profiles, inquiries, and reservations.
• Report unsafe conditions or emergencies immediately.
• Keep front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming.
