Job summary

Compass Group USA’s Flik unit is hiring a GUEST SERVICES AGENT to check guests in and out of the Babson Park location. The role operates on a full-time night schedule from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, with emphasis on resolving guest issues and promoting hotel services.

The position offers a fixed pay rate of $25.00 per hour, with benefits including free meals, uniforms and laundering service at select locations. Previous guest service or night audit experience is required.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service or night audit experience required.

Responsibilities

• Checks guests in and out of the hotel.
• Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay.
• Promotes hotel services, amenities and upsells products to the guests.
• Completes the registration/check-in process by inputting information into the computer system.
• Balances and records receipts as needed.
• Provides guests with information about facilities and services.
• Responds to guest requests and forwards to appropriate team members.
