Job summary

Flik at Warren Conference Center and Inn in Ashland, MA is hiring a part-time Guest Services Agent. The role involves checking guests in/out, upselling hotel services, and assisting with guest requests.

Shifts include 7:00 am–3:00 pm and 3:00 pm–11:00 pm, with weekends and holidays required. Prior hospitality experience is preferred. Training is provided and an internal referral bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes the registration/check-in process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system.
• Ensures rooms and services are correctly accounted for within guest statement.
• Assists guests with check out payments or charges.
• Balances and drops receipts according to accounting specifications.
• Provides guests with information about the facility, services, and amenities.
• Receives special requests from guests, and responds appropriately or forwards requests to appropriate team members for decisions and actions.
• Promptly answers the telephone and email inquiries, retrieves and forwards messages to/from guests.
