Jack Link’s Protein Snacks is hiring a Quality Assurance/Inspector to perform routine product inspections and data entry, ensuring compliance with HACCP, SQF, and GMPs. The role involves supporting QA with investigations and maintaining calibration of equipment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in manufacturing or a food environment, a high school diploma or GED, and knowledge of SAP. Strong math, attention to detail, and English communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience and/or training in a manufacturing or food environment.
• Preferred HACCP certification (within 6 months).
• Knowledge of SAP and quality systems.
• Strong math, attention to detail, and communication in English.

Aufgaben

• Perform quality inspections on random product samples to ensure standards are met.
• Enter quality inspection data into electronic/written forms.
• Maintain HACCP, SSOP, SQF documentation and audits.
• Assist QA supervisor with quality problems to determine causes.
• Follow GMPs and safety procedures; ensure proper calibration of equipment.
• Prepare forms and trend charts to support inspection function.
