Job summary

HonorHealth seeks an experienced RN for the Evening shift within the Network Float Pool. The role involves floating across 3+ campuses, with a generous sign-on bonus up to $15,000. 72 hours per pay period, full-time, evenings and nights available.

Requirements include RN licensure in Arizona, 1 year of RN experience for float positions, and at least 10 months in med-surg or acute care. HonorHealth supports professional growth and community health across the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• 1 year RN experience for all Float Positions is required.
• 10+ months med-surg or acute care experience is required.
• BSN preferred or current BSN track record is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per ANA standards and codes of ethics.
• Assess, document, and plan patient care and outcomes.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and monitor patients.
