Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Initiate patient education and care plans; assess and respond to clinical changes.
• Administer medications and IV solutions; ensure accurate documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement, infection control, and safety programs.
• Coordinate with physicians and nursing staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
