Job summary

Fulton County Health Center in Ohio is seeking a flexible Float Registered Nurse to coordinate and evaluate nursing care for acute patients across Emergency, CCU, and Med-Surg departments. The RN will supervise LPN and PCT staff, provide patient-centered care, and adapt to variable patient care needs.

The role requires an Ohio RN license, prior ED/CCU/Med-Surg experience is preferred, and the position includes full-time hours with weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Current RN license from the State of Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Experience in Emergency Department, CCU and/or Med-Surg preferred.
• Ability to provide nursing care requiring knowledge, judgment and skill.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care across multiple departments.
• Coordinate and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients per standards.
• Perform professional nursing duties: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Supervise and support LPN and PCT staff on the care team.
• Exercise good judgment, innovation, and discretion in patient care.
• Maintain effective verbal communication and adaptability to changes.
