Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a Night shift, full-time position (36 hours weekly) across multiple Ohio health sites. The role involves general inpatient nursing care, coordination with a multidisciplinary team, and adherence to Ohio Nurse Practice Act standards.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required by American Heart Association.
• RN license required in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and/or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and revises plan of care as needed (20%).
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement to achieve quality, satisfaction, and financial performance (10%).
• Operations - Focus on safety, quality and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization (10%).
