Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and document initial and ongoing health status for patients across units.
• Plan and document nursing interventions to achieve patient outcomes.
• Evaluate responses to nursing interventions and revise care plans with the team.
• Participate in process improvements to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Support safe, efficient care in a high-reliability healthcare environment.
