Job summary

Fulton County Health Center in Wauseon, OH is seeking a flexible and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Nursing Administration team as a Float RN. The Float RN will coordinate and evaluate the nursing care for an assigned number of acute care patients across departments, including Emergency, CCU, and Med-Surg, while supervising LPN and PCT staff.

This full-time position operates 7:00 PM–7:30 AM with 72 hours bi-weekly and requires commitment to patient-centered care, strong communication, and

Qualifications

• Current RN license from the State of Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Experience in Emergency Department, CCU, and/or Med-Surg preferred.
• Ability to provide nursing care with clinical judgment and professional skill.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:
Fulton County Health Center is seeking a flexible and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Float RN. The Float RN will be responsible for coordinating and evaluating the nursing care for an assigned number of acute care patients across various departments, including Emergency, CCU, and Med-Surg. This role involves performing a variety of professional nursing duties and supervising LPN and PCT staff on the patient care team.

Requirements

• Ability to provide nursing care requiring specialized knowledge, judgment, and skill derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences.
