Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Lutheran Hospital is seeking a Part-Time Night RN in the Float Pool to deliver direct nursing care across critical care units and locations. You will implement care plans, document patient conditions, and administer prescribed medications while supporting patient education and family communication.

We value experienced nurses with acute care background and BLS certification, ready to work nights from 11:00 PM to 11:30 AM in a Magnet Hospital setting, with opportunities to learn

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing.
• Current state licensure as an RN.
• 1–2 years of current acute care RN experience OR military RN experience.
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.
