Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an experienced RN to provide general nursing care across diverse acute care settings. The RN is accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing and delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

This Flex role supports multiple sites with float pay and mileage reimbursement. The position is full-time, 36 hours per week, night shift in Medical Surgical care, with a focus on safety, quality, and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• One year of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - perform health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - document planned interventions.
• Implementation/Evaluation - evaluate and revise care plans.
• Leadership - participate in process improvements for quality and safety.
• Operations - support daily clinical operations.
