Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Flight operations experience, pilot training or enrolled in a pilot training program (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Flight Department with administrative duties for nightly DHL operations at CVG.
• Communicate and clarify company policies to crewmembers; ensure SOP compliance.
• Identify and resolve operational problems related to flight crews; notify crewmembers of random drug tests.
• Update and distribute revisions to FAA, Jeppesen, and ABX manuals; troubleshoot operational issues.
• Transport flight bags from ILN to CVG bi-weekly and distribute to appropriate aircraft at CVG.
