Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with Independent Contractors and In-House labor.
• Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account.
• Communicate with Facility Services Manager for immediate issues.
• Make recommendations for work assignments and manage client standards.
• Manage inspections and customer complaints.
