Town of Merrimack is seeking a Lead Custodian to manage building operations and grounds maintenance. The role involves supervising custodians, coordinating with the DPW Director, and ensuring safety and quality in maintaining town facilities.

You will perform a range of tasks from minor repairs, lamp and ballast replacement, plumbing and electrical work, to snow removal and grounds care. A valid NH driver's license and ability to work with limited supervision are required.

• Must be physically able to perform manual labor.
• Must follow verbal instructions and work with limited supervision.
• Must have a valid NH driver's license.
• Knowledge of operation of common outdoor power equipment and building systems.

Mansioni

• Perform repairs to ensure maintenance is completed on time.
• Replace lamps and ballasts and unclog plumbing fixtures.
• Maintain mechanical rooms and assist contractors for complex work.
• Grounds maintenance: mow, trim, weed, snow removal, and salting as directed.
• Lead custodian duties: coordinating contractors and assisting DPW Director.
