Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors individuals or crews and ensures that cleaning, shift details, and projects are completed on schedule.
• Interacts with building staff, residents, patients, or contractors and takes corrective actions on-site.
• Completes daily activity reports and inventories stock to ensure supplies are available.
• Removes snow, debris, or garbage; performs grounds maintenance as needed.
• Performs light to heavy custodial duties and uses cleaning chemicals safely.
• Performs routine maintenance like changing lightbulbs and fixtures.
