Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Team Supervisor to lead on-site shifts, drive execution, and ensure memorable customer experiences. As the senior on site, you’ll make key decisions to keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll coordinate with Associates, customers, and orders, manage inventory and safety policies, and provide direction and recognition to teammates. We offer a 4-day work week option and comprehensive benefits for eligible Associates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability for varied shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Associates, customers, and orders to deliver efficient food and beverage service.
• Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates, driving productivity and performance.
• Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.
