Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback and support positive interactions.
• Coordinate between Associates, customers and orders to deliver food and beverage service.
• Provide direction, feedback and recognition to Associates to drive productivity and performance.
• Enforce safety, security and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins and cash handling procedures.
