Job summary

ingredients PLUS is seeking a Production Data Specialist for the 3rd shift in an on-site Lakeville location. You will input and manage production data across ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and supporting production planning.

The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with multiple departments. Responsibilities include data validation, report generation, and helping implement process improvements while adapting to varying shifts and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience managing data entry/integrity/reporting.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain production data in multiple ERP systems (Sage X3, SAP, etc.).
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of production data input into the systems.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to gather and verify data.
• Generate and analyze daily activity and production reports and send them to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain data integrity by identifying and resolving discrepancies and reporting trends.
• Support production planning and scheduling activities and assist with process improvements.
