Job summary

Saputo, Inc. is seeking a Production Clerk to support manufacturing by coordinating tasks, tracking materials, and maintaining records to ensure efficient production flow. The role involves data entry, inventory checks, and reporting across ERP systems.

Ideal candidates will have strong data-entry skills, familiarity with SAP/DMS, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Accurate data entry and record-keeping are crucial.
• Effective written and verbal communication with team and other departments.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Knowledge of SQF, HACCP, SOP, 5S, GMP is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and reporting of ingredients, raw material usage, and inventories into the ERP system daily.
• Support inventory control activities with daily, weekly, monthly, and end-of-fiscal-period checks.
• Review and resolve material inventory variances in ECC supporting receiving, mix/blend and filling operations.
• Investigate and communicate material usage discrepancies with leadership.
• Monitor system functionality and correct data-entry errors to prevent delays.
• Record daily production volume and validate OEE for daily and weekly plans.
• Assist leadership in developing training materials and maintaining procedures.
• Use SAP and other tools to identify actionable insights.
• Perform general clerical duties and support audits.
