Job summary

SWEETENERS PLUS LLC in Lakeville, NY is seeking a Production Data Specialist for the 3rd shift to accurately input and manage production information across ERP systems. The role requires keen attention to detail, strong analytics, and collaboration across departments to support planning and reporting.

You will work on-site from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday, with potential for additional weekend shifts. Strong data integrity and ERP proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience managing data entry/integrity/reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Sage X3, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain production data in multiple ERP systems.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to verify data.
• Generate and analyze daily activity and production reports for internal stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in production data.
• Support production planning and scheduling activities.
• Prepare thorough shift hand-offs to ensure continuity.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs related to production data management.
• Follow safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Adapt to flexible hours including weekends and overtime as needed.
