Job summary

Ornua Ingredients North America is seeking a Production Clerk to ensure data integrity in MES systems, coordinate material replenishment with the warehouse, and uphold strict safety and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Candidate will support regulatory compliance, traceability, and continuous improvement initiatives while working closely with production and quality teams in a on-site facility in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Experience with traceability requirements and raw material lot tracking.
• 2+ years experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and traceability standards.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Capture MES data accurately and timely.
• Coordinate raw material replenishment with warehouse team.
• Comply with HACCP, GMP, and industry requirements.
• Assist in other areas as needed and perform duties.
• Operate manual pallet jack and forklift as needed.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and department upkeep.
• Uphold safety culture and 100% safety compliance.
• Attend work regularly with strong performance.
• Follow company and department procedures.
• Follow Safety, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP practices.
• Be flexible to other production roles as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous activities to support department.
