Job summary

Trilliant Food & Nutrition, LLC is seeking an ERP Clerk at our Little Chute, WI facility. You will move materials to production orders, verify quantities in AX, and work with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Production teams to maintain inventory accuracy and the production schedule.

You will monitor shortages, support cycle counting, and report discrepancies across shifts. Strong Excel and AX experience are preferred, with an emphasis on timely communication and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be self-directed with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data handling in AX.
• Clear English reading/writing speaking skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Close out batch orders and monitor inventory usage.
• Notify purchasing of unplanned material shortages.
• Coordinate with supervisors to resolve production reporting variances.
• Ensure material usage matches BOM and inform planning.
• Support cycle counter and aging inventory reporting.
