Job summary

Dessert Holdings in Pembroke, NC is seeking a Production Data Clerk for the 2nd shift to manage Production Orders and data accuracy within our food manufacturing environment.

You will analyze orders, coordinate with Finance and Warehouse, and ensure precise reporting using D365, MS Word/Excel, and ERP tools. This role requires reliability, physical endurance, and flexibility for overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write properly.
• Must understand basic mathematical concepts.
• Must be able to read and follow written instructions.
• 1-3 years of data entry in D365 or other ERP systems.
• Able to stand for at least ten hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Process Production Orders and associated documents for Production.
• Analyze Orders and make necessary adjustments before ending.
• Meet with Finance to review variances and monthly analyses.
• Review inventory data daily to ensure accuracy in virtual bins.
• Collaborate with Warehouse to clear Production Order stalls and maintain traceability.
• Provide D365 subject matter expert support to Production.
• Oversee Production Orders, including issuing, monitoring, and ending.
