Job summary

Trilliant Food & Nutrition, based in Little Chute, WI, is seeking an ERP Coordinator to ensure accurate material movement to production batches and to verify ERP quantities daily. You will work with Production, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to support the production plan and maintain inventory accuracy across shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma (GED acceptable) and strong communication skills, with the ability to train and lead team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee movement of materials to production batch orders with accuracy.
• Verify returned material quantities in ERP and support inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to align with the production plan.
• Provide guidance to ERP Clerks and supervise daily clerical tasks.
• Support cycle counts and QA/KPAs as needed.
