Job summary

Crisp Regional Hospital, Inc. in Cordele, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift (6PM–6AM). A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

The RN will provide care across diverse patient needs, collaborate with the care team, and participate in discharge planning and patient education. Requires an Associate degree in nursing, valid RN license, and BLS; ACLS/PALS within six months of ED start is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited school.
• Requires up to one year of work-related experience or equivalent.
• Current state RN license in good standing; BLS required.
• ACLS and PALS must be obtained within six months of ED employment; TNCC recommended.
• Maintains patient records and participates in quality assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition, collect history and symptoms.
• Collaborate with health care team to develop treatment plan.
• Administer medications, monitor IVs and blood, and monitor EKG rhythms.
• Perform venipuncture, insert IV catheters and assist in exams.
• Educate patients and families on treatments, tests, and post-care needs.
• Discharge planning and coordination with caregivers.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and documentation standards.
