Piedmont Eastside Medical Center in Snellville, GA is seeking a registered nurse for the Emergency Department. This full-time night shift offers a sign-on bonus up to $7,500 and a fast-paced environment with a 38-bed ED handling diverse acuities.

You will collaborate with ED flow coordinators, clinicians and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care. Requirements include Georgia RN licensure, BLS; ACLS and PALS are required, with NIH certification preferred.

Formación

• RN license in Georgia is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• BCLS required; ACLS and PALS required; NIH certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform patient assessments including physical, psychosocial and health history.
• Evaluate developmental age during assessments and education.
• Organize data into plan of care and set expected outcomes.
• Carry out plan of care to achieve outcomes.
• Provide care appropriate to severity and needs.
• Oversee activities of ancillary and support staff.
• Identify teaching opportunities and provide educational resources.
• Communicate issues to Charge Nurse/Manager/physician.
• Document patient care in the chart.
