Job summary

Southern Regional Medical Center in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department (ED) who provides direct patient care in Telemetry and collaborates with physicians on clinical conditions.

The role requires current state RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC, at least one year ER experience, and BSN/CEN preferred. Sign-on bonus available; full-time night shift; commitment to compassionate, quality care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BLS certificate required on hire and maintained.
• ACLS certificate required within 30 days and maintained.
• PALS and/or ENPC within 30 days and maintained.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year as a staff RN in an acute care hospital; ER experience preferred.
• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using nursing process in Telemetry.
• Direct patient/family teaching and supervise nursing staff.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians and ensure privacy.
