Job summary

Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele, GA is hiring a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (6pm–6am) in the Emergency Department. The RN I will conduct assessments, plan and implement care, and collaborate with the care team to address emergencies.

Requires an Associate’s degree in Nursing and an active RN license in good standing; BLS is required, with ACLS/PALS within six months of ED start. TNCC is recommended. A $15K sign-on bonus is offered for this role.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• Requires a current state RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS within 6 months of ED employment; TNCC recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care including administration of medicines and monitoring IVs, blood, and EKG rhythms.
• Collaborate with health care team to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families about treatments, tests, and post-care needs.
• Maintain patient records and comply with quality assurance standards.
• Serve as a clinical leader and support orientation of new staff and students.
