Inova Fairfax Hospital seeks an experienced ER RN leader for Northern Virginia’s only Level 1 Trauma Center. Full-time night shift with weekend rotations. Eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.

The unit emphasizes patient-centered care, teamwork, and high-quality outcomes across all shifts. The role focuses on leadership in a Magnet-recognized department, with opportunities to advance clinical practice and patient experience.

Competenze

• Requires at least one year of RN clinical experience.
• Licensed to practice as an RN in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• More than 2 years of RN clinical experience in the ED with charge or supervisory responsibilities.

• Lead front-line unit operations to deliver highly reliable results in quality and patient care.
• Model leadership and promote teamwork to retain staff and improve patient experience.
