Job summary

Plexus in Idaho is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support production operations on our D Shift, with a Tuesday night start and 6pm-6am schedules, plus a 10% shift differential. This role focuses on equipment support, troubleshooting, and maintaining high-quality output.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree and at least one year of related experience, and be prepared to work under supervision within Plexus Manufacturing Processes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 1+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes Manufacturing solutions that are high-quality and cost-appropriate, meeting customer requirements.
• Utilizes tools to create, analyze, and verify documentation, programs, models or production.
• Under supervision, supports full Plexus Manufacturing processes and assists direct production line operators.
• Basic understanding of Equipment/Process control/Safety/Risk awareness.
• Assist with setup and operation as applicable to role.
