Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Idaho/Nampa is seeking a shift supervisor to oversee daily production activities on D Shift (alternating Tue nights and Wed-Fri nights, 6pm-6am) with a 10% shift differential.

You will assign tasks, monitor quality, support training, and approve time off while ensuring schedules meet customer and department goals. The role requires effective communication, basic data analysis, and a drive for continuous improvement in safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; an Associate degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years related experience; 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities
