Job summary

Plexus Corp. in the United States is seeking a manufacturing support professional to ensure smooth operation and efficiency of production equipment.

You will perform proactive maintenance, troubleshoot, and contribute to minimizing downtime while supporting the production of high-quality products. The role requires an Associate’s Degree with 1+ year of related experience; equivalent education/experience will be considered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Executes Manufacturing solutions/Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy customer requirements; applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
• Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
• Demonstrates a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.
• Supports direct production line operators and performs responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes.
• Gains basic understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation as it applies to their role.
