Job summary

Plexus Corp. is seeking a candidate to support manufacturing operations, troubleshoot equipment, and help ensure high-quality production. The role emphasizes proactive maintenance, adherence to processes, and continuous learning to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

The position involves providing essential equipment support, documentation, and collaboration with production teams to meet customer requirements while working a D Shift schedule and receiving a shift differential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 1 or more years of related experience is preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Executes Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
• Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
• Demonstrates a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.
• Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
• Basic Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.

The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level.

Salary Range:

$45,300.00 - $67,900.00

Work Shift:

This shift helps cover operations on our D Shift which works every other Tuesday night from 6pm-6am and every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday night from 6pm-6am. The shift is eligible for a 10% shift differential.

Purpose Statement:

To ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of Plexus's production by providing comprehensive support for equipment. Through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting skills, and a dedication to continuous learning, strive to minimize downtime, optimize performance, and contribute to the successful production of high-quality products.
