Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is partnering with a premier community hospital in Lima, OH to recruit an Emergency Medicine Nocturnist for a full-time night position.

The role offers $215 per hour for all clinical hours, a stable schedule with minimal admin, and strong financial benefits. You will lead patient care autonomously during night hours while supported by APPs and a modern EMR platform, with a pathway for growth and equity potential.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with completion of an accredited Emergency Medicine Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (BC/BE) required.
• Active Ohio medical license or eligibility and valid DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the solo attending Emergency Medicine Physician on-site during night hours, directing patient care with full clinical autonomy.
• Benefit from dedicated night-time overlap coverage from experienced APPs to streamline patient throughput.
• Manage a high-volume ED with approximately 28,000 visits annually in a community setting.
• Support EM documentation and workflows with current Meditech EMR, with plans to transition to AI scribes.
