Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking an Emergency Medicine Nocturnist in Lima, OH for a full-time night role with 1,456 annual clinical hours. Compensation is $215.00 per hour for all clinical hours, with strong benefits and a supportive staff environment that emphasizes autonomy and high-quality patient care.

The physician will operate as the sole on-site attending during night shifts, collaborate with APPs, and contribute to a stable, efficient emergency department culture.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an Emergency Medicine residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (BC/BE) required.
• Active Ohio medical license or immediate eligibility and valid DEA registration.
• Team-oriented, collaborative professional in a stable medical staff environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the solo attending Emergency Medicine Physician on-site during night hours with full clinical autonomy.
• Benefit from overlapping coverage by experienced APPs to streamline patient throughput.
• Support a high-volume ED seeing ~28,000 visits annually.
• Utilize Meditech EMR with future AI scribes to reduce admin burden.
